Jungian Analytical Psychology
Welcome to my page. Let’s embark together on the journey of the soul.
Analytical Psychology, developed by Carl Gustav Jung, is a profound and transformative approach that seeks to understand the human being in its entirety. Unlike other branches of psychology, it explores not only the conscious aspects of the mind but also the vast and mysterious world of the unconscious.
In Analytical Psychology, the unconscious is seen as a rich source of wisdom and healing, accessed through symbols, dreams, and myths. The focus is not just on alleviating symptoms but on promoting self-awareness and the development of the personality in its full potential, which Jung referred to as the “process of individuation.”
This unique approach values the individuality of each person and sees the integration of opposites—light and shadow, masculine and feminine, reason and emotion—as the path to a more balanced and meaningful life. Unlike approaches that focus more on behavior or cognition, Analytical Psychology invites us on a deep journey of self-discovery, where every experience becomes an opportunity for inner growth and transformation.
I am here to guide you on this journey toward your true self, helping you integrate the deeper aspects of your psyche and live a more authentic and fulfilling life. Click here to know more About me and here to learn about my approach as a Jungian Psychoanalyst in training at ISAPZürich.
“Individuation means becoming an “in-dividual,” and, in so far as “individuality” embraces our innermost, last and incomparable uniqueness, it also implies becoming one’s own self. We could therefore translate individuation as “coming to selfhood” or “self-realization.” CW 7 § 266
